Doggie View’s Responsibilities:

Doggie View provides unique services on its site related to providing day care services for dogs. The Services include providing information for free and, in some cases, for a fee, on a variety of subjects related to its unique daycare service for dogs including: 1) the use of the internet to allow dog owners to monitor their dogs through the use web cams, 2) how to start your own dog day care center, 3) pet adoption, and 4) useful links related to dog day care. In addition to the information provided on the site, an on-line pet store is also available. In providing these services, Doggie View commits to the following:

(a) keep all information reasonably up to date and accurate;

(b) respond to inquiries and information requests promptly; and

Limitation of Liability

IF YOU BECOME ENTITLED TO CLAIM DAMAGES FROM DOGGIE VIEW (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT CLAIM), DOGGIE VIEW WILL BE LIABLE ONLY FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR ACTUAL DIRECT DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED (IN THE AGGREGATE FOR ALL CLAIMS INCLUDING UNDER ANY INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION) THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE REGISTRATION FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT, DOGGIE VIEW SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES DUE TO ANY DELAY, INTERRUPTION IN SERVICES, OR FAILURE TO PERFORM ARISING OUT OF CAUSES BEYOND DOGGIE VIEW’S REASONABLE CONTROL WHICH PREVENTS OR MAKES REASONABLY DIFFICULT DOGGIE VIEW’S PERFORMANCE, PROVIDED PROMPT NOTICE OF SUCH CAUSES, EVENTS OR CIRCUMSTANCES IS GIVEN TO YOU. SUCH EVENTS MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, ACTS OF GOD OR A PUBLIC ENEMY, ACTS OF THE GOVERNMENT IN ITS SOVEREIGN OR CONTRACTUAL CAPACITY, EARTHQUAKE, FIRE, FLOODS, STRIKES, WORK STOPPAGES, ACCIDENTS OR DEGRADATION OR INTERRUPTION OF TELEPHONE OR OTHER COMMUNICATION SERVICE.
